1. HERBS AND OTHERS

* Get a cotton ball and put some real vanilla extract on it. Apply it on the inflamed location, it numbs the pain.

Use a hot tea bag that you will press either against the tooth itself or outside the mouth. The heat should soothe the pain. Do this whenever you experience pain.

Apply about three to four drops of vanilla extract to the specific tooth or area of the mouth. This should help relieve your pain very quickly. Do this once to twice daily.

Put a dab of Vicks Vapor Rub outside on the area of the mouth that hurts. Do this when you experience pain.

Mix 3 tablespoons each of lemon juice and Epsom salt in a pint of warm water – take one teaspoon in the morning and one at night. Make a bath soak for aching muscles and joints by adding three cups of Epsom salt to your bath water.

Flax seed

Take one tablespoon of flax seed three times a day – you may mix ground flax seeds into your cereal, muffin mix or any other food. Flax seed oil can also be used, either taken directly (1 teaspoon three times daily or mixed with food.) Continue this regimen for one month.
