* Diagnosis: Radicular lower back pain is caused by compression of the lower spinal nerve. The most common cause is a herniated disc with compression of the nerve. With these results, I was definitely motivated to keep going.

I have been using the sauna now for 3 months and it has definitely made a difference in my life. I feel years younger and I have been able to introduce many activities such as running, cycling and gardening back into my daily and weekly schedule.
